Whoa! I wonder what to make of this.

Unless the government was using that time to purge the records of anything implicating the President and Ms. Lerner, this could be a breakthrough.

The Washington Examiner reports that:

Up to 30,000 missing emails sent by former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner have been recovered by the IRS inspector general, five months after they were deemed lost forever.
The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system.
“They just said it took them several weeks and some forensic effort to get these emails off these tapes,” a congressional aide told the Washington Examiner.

Maybe the truth will wipe that haughty expression off your criminal face, Lerner.

Further, if she thinks she's being thrown under the proverbial bus by the administration, might she not be induced to squeal like a pig in return for a plea bargain?   A good prosecutor could make that happen with his/her arms tied behind their back.

  1. If she truly thinks that she'll dance from the gibbet, our dear, sweet Lois will throw Barack and friends under the bus...but so far we've been oh, so polite. The Israelis are good at getting information out of Arabs. I think that we should invite them to have supper with Lois. If not the Israelis, then the Arabs -- because Barack is so fond of them.

    1. I truly like your idea. With a name like Lerner, she's probably of Jewish extraction, so the Arabs get this job. Sing like a canary, Lois.

    2. I hear that ISIS feels that two heads are better than one. I realize that it's an old proverb.

  2. The contents of these e-mails may implicate onto criminal charges for Lerner and some others, but you can be sure Obama will be teflon coated. That in turn will provide amnesty for anyone in trouble.

    1. Maybe Lois will "escape mysteriously" and find Jesus? (I know there will be no hard evidence, but helping her 'repent' would be fun)

  4. a pig runs into a semi. It's bad for both. It's worse for the pig. This capped her. Her putative friends sold her down the river.
